You don’t need to know how to pose. You don’t need to arrive feeling completely confident. And you definitely don’t need to figure out every detail on your own.

From planning and wardrobe to your session, Photo Reveal, and final images, I’ll guide you through the entire experience. Once you book, you’ll also receive a detailed preparation guide with everything you need to know before your session.

01 / THE CONSULTATION

Every session begins with a little planning. All collections include the option of a pre-shoot phone consultation, while select collections include an in-studio planning session where we can look at wardrobe, sets, styling, and the overall direction of your shoot together.

If you’re working toward a specific date or ordering custom products, please schedule your session at least four weeks before you need everything completed.

02 / THE WARDROBE

Bring the outfits you’re considering—and bring more than you think you’ll need. Lingerie, bodysuits, favorite heels, jewelry, robes, oversized shirts, or something completely unexpected can all work beautifully.

You’ll receive a detailed wardrobe guide after booking, and I’m happy to help narrow down your choices before we shoot. The studio also has a collection of lingerie, robes, accessories, corsets, and shoes available to incorporate into your session.

03 / BOOK YOUR DATE

Choose your session date through the online booking calendar and secure your reservation. During booking, you’ll also have the opportunity to add professional hair and makeup styling and any available session upgrades. Styling must be reserved in advance so your stylist can be scheduled for your session.

04 / YOUR CONFIRMATION

Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation and detailed preparation guide by email. It includes studio information, directions, wardrobe recommendations, preparation tips, policies, and everything you need before your shoot.

04 / YOUR CONFIRMATION

05 / HAIR & MAKEUP

If you’ve booked professional hair and makeup, your session begins in the styling chair. Plan for approximately 90 minutes while your stylist creates a polished, camera-ready look designed around you and the style of your session.

Before we photograph, we’ll also look through your wardrobe and finalize the outfits and sets we’ll use.

If you’re doing your own hair and makeup, arrive completely styled and ready to shoot. Your preparation guide will walk you through exactly what photographs best.

06 / THE SESSION

This is the part you do not need to prepare for. I’ll direct you through expression, posing, movement, angles, and the small adjustments that make an enormous difference on camera. You never have to wonder what to do with your hands, where to look, or whether you’re “doing it right.”

And yes—I’ll occasionally show you the back of the camera so you can see what I’m seeing.

07 / THE PHOTO REVEAL

Your private Photo Reveal is where you’ll see the strongest images from your session and choose the photographs you want to keep.

If you’ve reserved an eligible same-day Photo Reveal, you’ll head out for a couple of hours while I prepare your images, then return to the studio later that day. Otherwise, we’ll schedule your private reveal for a separate date.

08 / YOUR COLLECTION

During your Photo Reveal, you can build the collection that feels right for you. Keep the images included with your package, add additional photographs, or explore options such as custom albums and wall art.

There is no pressure to purchase beyond what you want. I’ll show you the options, answer your questions, and let you decide what you’d most like to take home from the experience.

09 / RETOUCHING & DELIVERY

Once you’ve made your selections, each purchased photograph is individually retouched in my signature editorial style. Retouching includes the finishing work needed to create a polished photograph while keeping you recognizable as yourself—not turning you into someone else.

Final digital images are generally delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on the size of your collection and current studio production schedule. Custom albums and wall art require additional production time.
