Photo Session Policy
We steer clear of producing nudes that are exploitative or pornographic – such imagery is simply not aligned with our principles.
Our photo editing includes airbrushing to remove facial blemishes, dark circles, cellulite, and bruises, plus we enhance colors and sharpen images. Note, we do not offer body reshaping services.
We require all our boudoir clients to be 18 or older and to have completed high school. We may ask for ID to confirm your age on our contract. We offer senior photography and are committed to maintaining a trusted environment for both teens and parents.
We are exclusive to photographing women for boudoir and fine art. Absolutely no exceptions.
We stay true to our signature photography style, so our clients always know the quality and type of images they'll receive. We don't offer pinup photography unless it's part of an exclusive promotion. Similarly, we avoid using or allowing kitschy props, costumes, or poses.
You are encouraged to take advantage of our complimentary pre-consultation over the phone.
Enjoy a day all about you! For the ultimate pampering and fun experience, we kindly request that you come alone—leave your partner, friends, pets, and kids behind. Our studio is now exclusively yours during your shoot to ensure no distractions. Feel free to invite someone special for the photo viewing afterwards if you'd like.
Please plan to make payment immediately following your shoot for any additional items you add at that time. If you have chosen our 3-month payment option, please note that products are not released until payments are made in entirety, We accept cash, check or credit/debit.
Kindly avoid snapping photos of your Photo Prevue slideshow – let's keep the magic for the final reveal! And hold tight: no "sneak peeks" before your pictures are picture-perfect. Expect a sparkling gallery in 2-4 weeks, depending on our current creative queue. Your patience is part of the perfection!
We love to showcase event photos on our website, blog, and Facebook! To be featured, clients can opt-in by signing a model release form. As our gratitude, we'll add two bonus digital images to your package. Agree to a 'before' hair/makeup snapshot? Enjoy one more image, on us! Remember, we respect your privacy: no photo sharing without your consent. Want to shine on our platforms? Just request a model release form from us.
Scheduling & Payment Policy
Select your ideal payment plan: pay once to complete your package or split the payment over three months. You decide at checkout. If you choose a 3-month installment, you are authorizing us to automatically charge your card on the same date for the next three months, making it hassle-free. Payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Because of the nature of our services, we are unable to fill appointments without at least a one week notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Therefore, we do enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy and ask that our clients respect our commitment to scheduling the day especially for you.We kindly ask you to reserve a full day away from work or other commitments to accommodate your appointment, and to select a date that you can definitely keep. Not to mention to ensure you are relaxed and enjoying the experience!
Requests to reschedule the first time within 5 days (120 hrs) of your appointment, will incur a $150 rebooking fee. Each client receives one free rebooking request per photoshoot to accommodate weather, illness, etc. For any future reschedules beyond the first one, there will be a $500 rebooking fee to reimburse our stylist for the inconvenience and ensure our time is reimbursed for that day.
Cancelations and No Shows will not receive a refund. If you choose to rebook - you will need to start the process over with a new payment. We reserve the right to refuse business due to no-show or last minute cancellations.
Gift certificates, promotions and discounts are void when an appointment time is canceled. Promotions are void in the case of rescheduling outside of the promo period. Gift certificates are subject to the same policies for rescheduling as we have noted above.
We understand that weather in North Dakota can play a role in needing to reschedule and this is something we do take into consideration during the winter months. This is the one time of the year we are contact with our clients regarding inclement weather conditions for potential reschedules for safety.
We reserve the right to refuse business or photo requests.
Payment Plan Policy
We are thrilled to be able to offer a payment plan on most of our packages. If you choose to utilize our payment plan option, please note that you will be required to provide a credit or debit card that will be able to take an automatic payment at the same time each month from when you booked your shoot package.
Payment plans are set up 2-3 months in length and may be interest/fee free depending upon whether you are booking within a promotional period. Because we are offering a delayed payment option for you, the total shoot package cost may be slightly higher as a fee is included in your payment plan price (unless we are offering a promotion).
We recommend using a credit card because at times, debit cards can be declined due to daily credit limits.
If we experience a failed auto-payment or a declined card, we will reach out to you via text or email to notify you of the error and give you an opportunity to correct the credit card or update the information. We will issue you 3 business days to update/correct the information and make payment. If no payment is received within that time period, or you fail to respond to our inquiries, your shoot date will be removed from our calendar and you will be automatically issued a credit for payments received toward a regular priced package in our studio with no expiration. This will act as a gift certificate with all the same laws that apply to gift cards/certificate issues in the State of North Dakota. Any promotions you had secured will automatically be forfeited without exception.
After two failed/declined cards during an auto-pay period -- your subscription will automatically be canceled and you will not be able to restart the subscription. We will have to issue manual invoices to fulfill your subscription auto pay which will be subject to a $25 fee per invoice. Invoices will be due upon receipt.
No images/products will be released until all payments are fulfilled. If a client has had consistent issues with our payment plan and have had delayed or failed payments for any reason - we may request you pay any remaining balance the day of service PRIOR to receiving that service (including hair/makeup services).
We reserve the right to decline future bookings for clients who do not fulfill payment plan options which require more work on the part of our staff to secure payment for our services; or, they may have to pay the full balance upfront at the time of booking and will not be able to use payment plan options.
